Role Description

We're looking for a
full-time Project Manager
to join our construction team. This role involves overseeing multiple projects from planning through completion, ensuring that each one is delivered on time, within budget, and to our company's quality standards.

You'll be responsible for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on each site. Our projects include residential and you'll play a key role in driving efficiency, teamwork, and excellence across all phases of construction.

This is a
full-time position
with opportunities for growth and long-term collaboration. While much of the coordination can be done from the office,
regular site visits
will be required.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a
Project Manager
in the
construction industry

Strong understanding of
construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and safety standards

Ability to
manage multiple projects
and coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders

Proficiency with
project management software
(e.g., MS Project, Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)

Excellent
leadership, communication, and organisational
skills

Strong attention to detail with a focus on
quality, timelines, and cost efficiency

Prior experience working with
builders, developers, or design teams
is a plus.
