At DECJUBA, we're more than just a fashion brand — we're a bold, driven, and purpose-led community that's committed to making an impact. As we continue our journey towards becoming a more responsible business, we're on the lookout for a Senior Sustainability Advisor to lead the delivery of our sustainability strategy and help embed positive change across every corner of our organisation.

If you're passionate about responsible fashion, understand the complexities of ethical sourcing, circularity, and compliance, and have the ability to drive transformational projects, this is your opportunity to step into a high-impact role with purpose.

Your Purpose at DECJUBA:

As our Senior Sustainability Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering DECJUBA's sustainability roadmap — aligning with B Corp principles and exceeding external compliance requirements. You'll lead cross-functional project teams, guide stakeholder engagement, and help bring our 'Think Green' culture to life.

What You'll Do:

Sustainability Strategy & Program Delivery

  • Support the development and direction of our sustainability strategy, in line with B Corp and other key frameworks
  • Establish governance structures and delivery plans to ensure milestones are met
  • Lead project management of sustainability programs including meetings, reporting, and workgroup coordination
  • Monitor progress, ensuring alignment with external compliance (e.g. Modern Slavery Act, APCO) and internal targets
  • Manage system and process audits to maintain high standards and regulatory compliance
  • Develop governance tools, templates, and training to embed sustainability across all areas of the business
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in sustainable fashion, supply chain transparency, and circularity

Leadership & Culture

  • Champion a culture of sustainability across DECJUBA through leadership and influence
  • Build and lead collaborative, cross-functional workgroups that deliver real impact
  • Help bring our 'Think Green' culture to life at every level of the business

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with internal teams across CX, PX, Product, and more to embed sustainability within functional areas
  • Identify and manage key industry partnerships that enhance DECJUBA's positive impact
  • Provide expert advice to manage sustainability risks and opportunities

Communication & Change Management

  • Contribute to the development of DECJUBA's annual Impact Report
  • Shape and evolve our sustainability narrative and customer-facing messaging
  • Collaborate with CX and PX to create content that educates and inspires around sustainability in fashion

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience delivering sustainability or ESG programs, ideally within retail or fashion
  • Strong knowledge of ethical sourcing, supply chain transparency, sustainability governance, and compliance frameworks
  • A strategic and structured approach to program management
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills — confident speaking with authority to diverse audiences
  • Passion for making a difference and driving real-world change in the fashion industry
