**About the role**

The Exams and Results Advisor is responsible for the administration and general support to students for all exams, results and academic progression.

The position (in conjunction with the Exams Development Lead and Senior Results and Progression Advisor) ensures the examination, result and progression process for partners is seamless and student focused.
- The role is a Casual contract with variable hours but expected 2 - 3 days per week (21 hours approx). _

**About you**

The successful applicant will possess the following:

- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role which required coordination of a range of functions and provision of advice about, and interpretation of, policies and procedures within a tertiary education institute.
- Demonstrated ability to positively contribute to the development of a culture that maximises employee and student engagement
- High-level computer literacy including the use of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel
- A broad knowledge of Higher Education and/or TAFE academic environments
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently, and to liaise effectively with students, staff and other stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to provide advice and support to staff, students and internal and external stakeholders.
