**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Reece Cares Lead, the Advisor will be a purpose and values-led partnerships professional. They will forge meaningful and productive relationships with our community partners to ensure exceptional results across areas including clean water and sanitation, mental health, youth development and reconciliation.

You will be the key relationship manager for our partners, identifying opportunities to create shared value for our communities, teams and customers. Using your exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, you will build relationships across the business, bring our teams on the journey, and utilise the amazing skill sets across Reece to drive innovative partnership outcomes. You will be familiar with impact measurement frameworks and work collaboratively to measure our impact.

Responsibilities include (and are not limited to):

- Work closely with the Reece Cares Lead to implement the Reece Cares strategy aligned to our purpose and vision
- Build exceptional relationships with our partners, and identify opportunities to create positive impact
- Influence and collaborate with the business to enable our RAP goals
- Work with Reece Cares partners to implement effective reporting, aligned to Reece Group’s overarching sustainability reporting framework
- Develop creative campaigns that build deeper connections between our customers, teams and partners.
- Own and develop exceptional project management plans that work within the operating rhythm of Reece to achieve partnership outcomes
- Work closely with the communications and marketing teams to share our Reece Cares story internally and externally
- Work closely with the Reece Cares Lead to enable teams across Reece to deliver on our RAP commitments.
- Manage our workplace giving program, in partnership with Good2Give.
- Support our branches to review and assess partnership opportunities as they arise.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a strong interest and curious approach to understanding how Reece works. You will be driven to develop and implement administrative processes and systems to improve efficiencies. A collaborative and organised approach will be central to your success.

Key capabilities for the role include being:

- A minimum of four years’ experience in an ESG or partnership role
- Exceptional at building relationships and managing a diverse range of stakeholders
- Curious, creative and innovative in your approach to problem solving and identifying opportunities to grow our impact
- Experienced at leading projects autonomously
- Passionate about and practised with new technology and channels
- Able to tell stories (and influence outcomes) with words, images, videos and experiences
- Flexible in your style so that you can adapt to our audience and tone of voice
- A strong team-player, using the strength and skills of the people around you to achieve the best solutions
- Skilled in project management
- Informed and interested in social impact and/or sustainability reporting frameworks
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
