About the Role
This full-time position combines administration and customer service in a dynamic, varied role. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, managing enquiries, processing hire transactions, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. No two days are the same.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in customer service and administration roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Make outbound calls to clients for account management and follow-up
- Process hire transactions using our custom business system and MYOB
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage data entry, document handling, and general administrative support
About You
- Experience in customer service and administration (healthcare experience an advantage)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a professional, caring manner
- Organised and adaptable, able to multitask in a busy environment
- Competent in Microsoft Office and MYOB
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative team
