Builders Hardware Distributor requires a part time customer service consultant; the position is located in the South Eastern suburbs (Moorabbin). We are seeking a positive, forward thinking, up-beat person well rounded and experienced, who can think outside the box and has good business acumen and experience.

**About the role**:
The position is part time,3-5 days per week, The role will consist of answering phone calls, dealing with customer enquiries, which include Pricing, and stock availability and following up on customer orders and deliveries. All training will be provided. We will assist in helping you get to where you need to be. The role will start at 9am and finish at 3pm.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Computer literacy.
- Confident answering phone calls.
- Available Wednesday and one other day.
- Have prior experience in customer service
