We are now looking for a motivated Customer Service Officer to join our Tools & Equipment team.

**About You**
- You may have pick packing experience or conducting stock takes in the warehouse, but what you enjoy most is interacting with customers and are looking for a role that is more customer facing.
- Whether it is tracking stock, helping a teammate unload a truck or keeping the warehouse tidy, you are always on the lookout to help in any way you can.
- Your ability to build rapport and communicate with others is what sets you apart. From taking the time to help a colleague or engaging in small talk with customers, you gain enjoyment through the smallest interactions.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the T&E Sales Manager, you will add significant value by:

- Responding to enquiries from builders, stonemasons, and tradespeople about tools and equipment, order status, stock availability and other related enquiries.
- Working with technical experts and completing online learning modules (the CDK Academy) to build your knowledge about our Tools & Equipment product range
- Assisting the Sales Representatives by following up on quotes, invoices, and product requirements from customers who have called or enquired about their order.
- Organising and coordinating stock, as well as ensuring the showroom is neat and tidy.
