We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Educator to join our team. If you're ready to take the next step in your early learning career and lead with purpose, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.

About the Role

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of play-based educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

  • Mentor and guide your team to deliver high-quality care and education every day

  • Build meaningful relationships with families to support each child's learning and wellbeing

  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Busy Bees policies

  • Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment that promotes positive outcomes for children

What You'll Need

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

  • Working with Children Check (Employee) – NSW requirement

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications

  • Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training

  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
