About the Role

Busy Bees at Cameron Grove is seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Educator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Early Childhood sector.

As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early education and care by:

  • Leading the daily operations of your learning environment and supporting your team of Educators.

  • Designing and implementing innovative educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

  • Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

  • Promoting a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that fosters children's curiosity and development.

  • Mentoring and guiding Educators to uphold Busy Bees' commitment to excellence and best practice.

What You'll Need

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved) or higher.

  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience.

  • Current NSW Working with Children Check (Employee).

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

  • A collaborative, proactive, and growth-focused mindset.
