Pay Rate: $36.43- $37.54 Based on experience and qualifications

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading your room with confidence and collaboration

  • Designing and implementing play-based learning programs

  • Guiding and mentoring your fellow educators

  • Building strong relationships with children and families

  • Supporting inclusive practices for all children

  • Ensuring compliance with EYLF and NQS frameworks

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

  • A valid Working with Children Check

  • Current First Aid with asthma and anaphylaxis training

  • In-depth knowledge of EYLF and NQS

  • Proven experience in a Lead Educator/Room Leader role

  • Strong communication, leadership, and planning skills

  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and a team-first attitude
