At Busy Bees at Tamworth, we provide a safe and nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and thrive. We're seeking a qualified Part-Time Educator to join our passionate team for 22.5 hours per week, delivering high-quality education and care for up to 102 children.

This role offers the chance to contribute to play-based learning, support children's development, and be part of a collaborative and inclusive team.

Your Impact as an Educator

  • Create and implement engaging learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

  • Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements

  • Work collaboratively to develop inclusive, inspiring environments for all children

What You'll Bring

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

  • Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Current NSW Working with Children Check (Employee)

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
