About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Belmont. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within a vibrant and supportive centre.

As a Lead Educator, you will:

  • Lead your room team and deliver engaging, age-appropriate educational programs

  • Mentor and support educators to provide high-quality care and learning outcomes

  • Ensure compliance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)

  • Build strong and positive relationships with families and the wider community

  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture

What You'll Need

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA recognised)

  • Previous experience as a Room Leader or Lead Educator

  • Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and child development

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills

  • Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)

  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
