About the Role

  • Lead your room team to deliver high-quality, play-based programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

  • Model exceptional practice that supports inclusion, wellbeing, and positive behaviour guidance

  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with families to support every child's journey

  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and service policies

  • Mentor and support fellow educators, contributing to a culture of reflection, collaboration and continuous improvement

What You'll Need

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)

  • Working with Children Check (Employee) – NSW requirement

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates

  • Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training

  • Proven experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity within Early Childhood Education

  • Confidence in guiding teams and implementing quality educational programs
