**The Opportunity**

Hitachi are currently seeking a talented Receptionist / Administrator who has a genuine interest and passion for a dynamic working career. This is a permanent part-time role working Thursdays & Fridays, based in our Dandenong branch.

**Reporting to the Admin Manager you will be responsible for**:

- Providing quality administrative services to support branch operations
- Maintaining customer payment systems
- Update and maintain databases and in house systems through timely and accurate data entry
- Managing use and bookings of office facilities and coordinating meeting schedules for internal and external users
- Complete visitor inductions and paperwork checks
- Interpreting escalated customer queries and understanding needs to ensure Hitachi’s promise of Total Customer Satisfaction is successfully delivered in a timely manner
- Ensuring and monitoring compliance in house to WHS Policies and Procedures and organising safety inductions
- Ad-hoc branch administrative duties as required

**To be successful you will need**:

- Availability to work 7am-5pm 2 days per week (Thursdays and Fridays)
- Previous experience in a receptionist/administration role
- A can-do attitude with a passion for finding solutions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail and level of accuracy
- Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel (Intermediate level)
- Dynamics 365 experience is preferred but not essential
- Accounts receivable experience is preferred but not essential
