**About the role**

Our client is on the hunt for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join their team for a short temporary assignment. The ideal individual will be immediately available, enthusiastic, polished in presentation, have great interpersonal and communication skills, and prior experience in a similar role.

**Responsibilities**

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Answering all reception calls
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors and guiding them to relevant meeting rooms
- Setting up of rooms for meetings, events and functions
- Maintaining office cleanliness; including tidying kitchen
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties including printing, filing & binding

**Skills / Experience**

Experience working in a similar Receptionist position, as well as:

- Excellent verbal communication skills and customer service skills
- Enthusiastic, professional and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the MS Office suite and Outlook
