About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Used Car Buyer to join our high-performing Berwick Ford and Pakenham Ford sales team.

This is a full-time Monday–Friday role, meaning your weekends are yours again

We also understand that flexibility matters, whether it's a school pickup or a midday gym session, we'll work with you to make it happen.

This is a dynamic, autonomous role — you'll spend roughly 70% on the road and 30% in-dealership, sourcing quality used vehicles and building lasting relationships with private sellers. Your calm, confident communication style and natural rapport-building skills will be key to your success.

You'll work closely with our Used Car Managers and Dealer Principal to achieve monthly targets, support dealership profitability, and ensure our used vehicle operations continue to thrive.
