About The Role
WorkPac are seeking a proactive and detail-focused
Project Support Officer
to join our clients NT Administration team, based in Tivendale. In this key support role, you will help ensure efficient delivery of transactional and onboarding services while providing high-quality administrative and project support to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate reporting, ensure data integrity, and uphold procedural compliance
  • Process accounts payable/receivable and timesheet transactions accurately
  • Manage purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and ensure timely invoice processing
  • Support end-to-end onboarding processes for staff and clients, ensuring compliance
  • Provide general administration support, including reception, travel booking, and meeting coordination

Skills And Experience Required

  • Administration experience within a large, fast-paced organisation
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably JDEGS); exposure to Hammertech and Pegasus systems is advantageous
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle competing deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning
