About You:

You're an experienced procurement professional—maybe a Procurement Manager, experienced in Strategic Sourcing , or Category Management—who thrives in dynamic environments. You know how to get the best out of a lean team, and you're as comfortable at the negotiation table as you are coaching a team member or presenting to senior stakeholders. You have a knack for spotting opportunities for improvement, and you're experienced with integrating Tech and driven to make processes smarter, faster, and more effective. Most importantly, you're a relationship builder who can win hearts and minds and reposition procurement as a strategic partner to the business.
