The Role

This isn't your typical "post and hope" content gig. As our Content & Social Media Manager, you'll be working side-by-side with Aaron to capture, edit, and publish powerful content that builds brand equity, drives virality, and connects deeply with our growing global audience.

From short-form reels and TikToks to long-form YouTube vlogs, you'll be the driving force behind content that not only gets views but gets results. You'll also play a pivotal role in bringing our newest brand, Empire Movement, to life, designed to inspire and equip the next generation of entrepreneurs.

What You Will Do


• Execute the Aaron Sansoni Media Strategy: Own daily and weekly content output targets across all major platforms, including reels, shorts and vlogs / long-form content pieces


• Lead content ideation, strategy, and execution for both Aaron's personal brand and the new 'Empire Movement' brand (focused on helping people become entrepreneurs)


• Work directly with Aaron on filming sessions capturing authentic direct-to-camera and behind-the-scenes content.


• Edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) for virality and engagement.


• Oversee long-form YouTube vlog production (weekly pillar content that humanises Aaron and fuels cross-platform repurposing).


• Work alongside the videographer to ensure content capture aligns with brand needs and the weekly content pipeline.


• Travelling to and from key events to capture select pieces of content with Aaron that critical to the overall strategy


• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate content into campaigns and ensure consistent brand presence.


• Write engaging captions, hooks, and post copy aligned with Aaron's brand voice.


• Schedule and distribute content using Hootsuite and other publishing tools.


• Track, analyse, and report on content performance constantly refining based on audience insights and platform trends.

What We Are Looking For


• 3+ years' experience in content creation, social media management, or digital production.


• Proven track record creating short-form content that performs on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.


• Comfortable filming and directing with talent (Aaron Sansoni) and coordinating with videographers.


• Strong video editing skills


• Experience running long-form YouTube content production.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with a marketing team.


• Strong understanding of social algorithms, hooks, and current trends.


• Organised, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
