Junior Creative – Social Media (Full-Time)

Location: Melbourne CBD (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH)

The Role

We're looking for a full-time Junior Creative who is obsessed with social media and passionate about creating content that stops the scroll. You'll support our creative team across concepting, designing, filming and editing content - both static and Reels/TikTok. This role is perfect for someone hands-on, collaborative, and excited about lifestyle brands and modern creative storytelling. Reporting to our creative lead and creative director you'll become the master of your brands while collaborating across other brands supporting the creative team.

What You'll Do


• Plan, design and develop high-quality social content across static, video and short-form formats


• Assist in concepting and ideation for campaign and always-on content


• Edit video content using Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut and/or other editing tools


• Support on shoots: planning, filming, styling and on-the-day creative needs


• Track and react to social trends, platform updates and creative formats


• Collaborate closely with creatives and account managers to deliver on-brand content


• Bring a fresh, social-native creative perspective to fashion and lifestyle brands

What We're Looking For


• Someone who truly lives and breathes social media, trends and culture with skills across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign or Premier)


• Strong short-form video editing experience (CapCut)


• A creative thinker with a refined visual eye


• Demonstrated experience in social media (bonus if agency or brand-side)


• A collaborative, proactive attitude with a willingness to experiment and learn


• Organised, detail-oriented and excited about shaping standout social content
