The Role

We're seeking a creative Marketing Assistant to join our Belmont team. This role is perfect for someone starting out in marketing, eager to learn, and looking to build hands-on experience across digital and retail campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post and schedule social media content across Facebook and Instagram
  • Film and edit short-form video content (Reels) to showcase new arrivals and promotions
  • Assist with in-store marketing (product photography, signage, event promotions)
  • Support campaign launches (EOFY, Clearance Sales, Black Friday, etc.)
  • Work with the wider marketing team to maintain consistency across both brands

About You

  • Students and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Confident with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram; TikTok a plus)
  • Comfortable using your phone to film/edit photos and short videos
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and organised with an eye for detail
  • Able to drive between Belmont and Joondalup showrooms when required
  • No prior professional experience needed - just a willingness to learn
