Marketing Advisor

Are you looking for an opportunity to bring your creative skills into the mining and resources sector? Perenti Contract Mining has the perfect opportunity to develop your career.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Marketing Advisor to bring their experience and creative talent to our Marketing & Communications team. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing & Communications this role will see you create inspiring and engaging content for our employees and clients while building relationships with key stakeholders and leaders across the business. This is an opportunity to partner with our business leaders, take ownership of innovative projects, drive organisational relationships and have impact at a global level.

This is a permanent role, based at our offices in Canning Vale. Occasional site travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns
Liaise with Perenti Corporate Branding, Marketing and Communications team
Ensure brand compliance and consistency
Create clear and effective design briefs
Campaign reporting and analysis
Create engaging content creation for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Workplace by Meta including video and photo editing
Maintain a social media content calendar
Assist in the management of child brand social media accounts
Monitor comments and activity on social media
Measure social media analytics including Facebook Advertising, Google
Website content updates including SEO
Copywriting and content creation for Intranet, Workplace by Meta and internal publications.
Support Workplace by Meta campaigns
Support on site video and photography shoots

Skill Requirements/Key Requirements

Essential

Tertiary qualification in Communications, Media, Marketing or relevant professional experience
Demonstrated experience in a similar role
Ability to create engaging content across a range of internal and external channels
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Experience with MS Office, Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro, Canva, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite and Google.
Self-motivated and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work within the Perenti Contract Mining principles
Be available to attend site

Desirable

Experience with SAP, WordPress and Workplace by Meta
Previous experience in the resources sector an advantage
