A prestigious five-star hotel in Perth is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our Marketing and Sales team.

This pivotal role reports directly to the Commercial Director and plays a key part in shaping and executing all marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, website management, and overall branding strategies to elevate our hotel's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
  • Oversee all advertising activities, ensuring alignment with the hotel's luxury positioning and target audience.
  • Lead website initiatives, including content updates, SEO optimization, and user experience enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial Director and sales team to align marketing strategies with commercial objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors.
  • Maintain consistent and compelling brand messaging across all channels.
  • Support event marketing and promotional activities as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, preferably as a Marketing Assistant or Marketing Manager.
  • Previous experience working in or with smaller hotels or boutique properties is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of luxury hospitality marketing, digital marketing tools, and brand management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM systems, and website content management.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences through marketing.
