About the Role

CCIWA is looking for a Manager, Content and Marketing is to lead the development and delivery of the Content and Marketing plan that supports the execution of the CCIWA strategy. In this role, you will bring our vision and strategy to life with a passion for storytelling as well as a focus on content and campaign performance.

This is full time, permanentopportunity located in our Perth CBD office.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Engage with key internal stakeholders to develop and execute the Content and Marketing plan.
  • Leveraging data insights to develop content and marketing campaigns for each business unit, that align with the organisation's strategic objectives and customer needs.
  • Review the tracking and measurement of all content and campaign activity to ensure continuous improvement, evaluation of KPIs and measurement of Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Engaging with third party providers, including advertising, creative and media buying agencies, freelance writers to maximise effectiveness of content and campaigns.
  • Oversee the ongoing management and evolution of the CCIWA brand to remain relevant to changing customer and business needs.
  • Lead the development and distribution of timely, engaging, proactive content for offline and digital channels including social media platforms.
  • Identify and activate new ways of delivering content across multiple channels to reach a wider audience and maximise coverage.
  • Work closely with the Policy team, Principal Adviser Media and Government Relations and the CEO to deliver content that supports CCIWA's advocacy efforts.

About You

To be considered for this role you will possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related communications field, or equivalent years' experience.
  • Experience in content marketing, communications, or a strong background in media, including the planning, management and delivery of content campaigns or publishing across multiple platforms. It is essential they have excellent communication skills and first class writing and editing skills.
  • Experience in multi-channel content strategy, planning and execution including print, social and digital media content and communications.
  • Track record of driving revenue growth and customer engagement targets through the development and execution of insight-driven marketing and content strategies.
  • Experience working alongside Cx teams to better understand the customer journey, to develop content that improves the Cx, is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Prior experience in Public Relations, Marketing, Corporate Affairs and/or Journalism.
  • Current and valid drivers licence and National Police Clearance.
