Job Purpose

To support the day-to-day operations of Game Guys by ensuring vending machines are stocked, maintained, and running smoothly, while also assisting with warehouse and online order fulfilment tasks as part of our e-commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Refill and maintain vending machines across assigned locations.
  • Ensure machines are clean, tidy, and well-presented.
  • Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs.
  • Troubleshoot minor vending machine issues (training provided).
  • Assist with warehouse stock organisation and rotation.
  • Support online order fulfilment (packing and dispatching) — this will be part of the role, especially during busy periods.
  • Provide back-up coverage during staff leave periods.

Requirements

  • Driver's licence preferred, but not essential — candidates may use public transport if preferred (some staff already use trains due to traffic).
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable with both physical tasks (stock loading, machine filling) and light admin (reporting).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Previous retail, warehouse, or logistics experience is a plus.

  • Up to 35 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling
