Customer Warehouse Officer – Large Utilities Organisation

  • Full time OR part time available
  • Based in Potts Hill (Yagoona) – Onsite role
  • $38.97 p/h + super
  • Contract until January 2026 with likely extensions
  • *Must have a valid Forklift License*

Primary Purpose

To provide warehouse and customer support by ensuring smooth stock movement, efficient order preparation, and a positive customer collection experience, while also handling associated administrative tasks.

Key Accountabilities

  • Operate a forklift to move and reorganise stock in a busy warehouse staging area
  • Unload trucks and store stock in designated locations according to order requirements
  • Assist customers collecting orders, providing a professional and welcoming experience
  • Perform minor picking and packing tasks using an e-commerce platform for order processing
  • Carry out administrative duties to support warehouse operations, including order processing and record keeping
  • Work autonomously, taking on the full duties of a permanent staff member during their period of leave

Essential Requirements

  • Current forklift licence
  • Experience in warehouse operations and customer service
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
  • Basic administrative and computer skills for order management and reporting
  • Reliability and flexibility to support a busy warehouse environment
