The Role
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and technically skilled Adobe Commerce Specialist to join our team on a part-time, 12-month contract.
This position provides an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a key digital transformation project while working in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a central role in supporting the implementation of Adobe Commerce (Magento) into the RSEA environment, with a strong focus on B2B functionalities such as company accounts, shared catalogues, and custom pricing.
The Adobe Commerce Specialist will be instrumental in driving the company's digital growth by ensuring the successful rollout of Adobe Commerce, enhancing customer usability, and improving integration with our systems. Their focus will be on technical implementation, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration to deliver a seamless platform experience. This role requires strong Adobe Commerce expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both technical and stakeholder requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Adobe Commerce Implementation
- Support the e-Commerce team in the successful implementation and adoption of Adobe Commerce, focusing on B2B capabilities.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of Adobe Commerce environments, including company structures and account hierarchies.
- Collaborate with external partners to resolve functionality, integration, and customer experience issues.
User Experience and Best Practices
- Apply industry best practices in B2B website design and navigation to improve usability, engagement, and conversion.
- Contribute to change management initiatives to support adoption of the new platform.
Documentation and Support
- Document common technical issues and resolutions for ongoing support.
- Create user guides, FAQs, and training materials to support internal users and customers.
- Provide effective communication and updates to stakeholders on progress and problem resolution.
Collaboration and Integration
- Work closely with the e-Commerce and Project Teams to achieve key milestone deliverables.
- Liaise with ERP and integration partners to ensure smooth product, stock, and order flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless digital experience.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) working with Adobe Commerce / Magento, including at least 1 year with B2B features.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce architecture, APIs, and common ERP integration patterns.
- Previous experience supporting or implementing multi-brand commerce solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with Hyvä frontend framework will be highly regarded.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- A degree in IT, Digital Commerce, or a related field is desirable; equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Commerce implementation is essential.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and image manipulation tools (e.g. Photoshop) is an advantage.
