Position Summary
Join a growing home & lifestyle retailer in Seven Hills. We're seeking reliable Warehouse Pick Packers to handle stock receiving, container unloading, and order packing. Pay $30–$35/hr, paid fortnightly. Roles available as Casual, Part-time, or Full-time depending on experience and availability.
About Us
R & E GROUP PTY LTD is a well-established Australian retailer and distributor of premium home and lifestyle products, including furniture, décor, and seasonal home accessories. Due to continued sales growth, we are expanding our warehouse team and seeking motivated individuals to contribute to our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and dispatching stock, including container unloading and handling inbound stock
- Accurately picking and packing customer orders
- General warehouse duties, including inventory control and stock rotation
- Stock organisation, pallet preparation, and cycle counts
- Manual handling (lifting up to 25kg when required)
- Basic product repairs (training provided)
- Loading/unloading trucks using forklifts (LF licence preferred)
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workplace
- Supporting other warehouse duties as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor
- Occasionally delivering goods using company vehicle (driver's licence required)
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting
- Reliable, honest, and willing to learn
- Good communication and organisational skills
- LF forklift licence preferred
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience desirable
- Driver's licence required (for occasional deliveries)
- Bonus: Sales experience
