As a Service Provider Governance Advisor, you will:

Manage the coordination of onboarding and governance activities for service providers, ensuring business teams and procurement have accurate documentation and clear process guidance.

Apply governance frameworks by supporting the consistent application of ANZ Procurement Policies (as relevant), Suncorp Bank's Service Provider Management Framework and Material Service Provider Standard, and relevant standards in daily service provider operations.

Monitor service provider performance data and proactively flag compliance risks or issues to the Manager, contributing to early risk identification and resolution.

Schedule, document, and track service provider assessments, including performance reviews and compliance checks, while supporting remediation efforts with precision and accountability.

Identify inefficiencies in governance processes and contribute to the design and implementation of improvements across tools, workflows, and reporting.

Deliver timely and accurate operational support to business teams by managing data inputs for risk assessments, compliance reviews, and governance reporting.

Foster strong internal relationships to ensure seamless coordination and communication across service provider governance activities.

Support internal governance and finance processes by tracking contract changes, renewals, and service provider classifications with diligence and accuracy.

Analyse and document service provider materiality and associated risks in alignment with CPS 230 and other regulatory requirements, ensuring traceability and compliance.

Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and logs that support trend analysis, risk escalation, and informed decision-making by the Manager and broader team.

Contribute to initiatives that strengthen operational resilience across the Bank and its service providers, supporting the uplift of capabilities in line with CPS 230.

Work collaboratively with the Contract Owner and ANZ Procurement team, Third Party Risk Management team and policy owners on the renewal of contractual arrangements for Material Service Providers to ensure arrangements do not expire.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt communication to suit different audiences.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and SharePoint, with the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and maintain governance records.

A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to contribute to process improvements and support continuous uplift in governance practices.
