Job Title:

Senior Governance Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Governance Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective governance of our organization.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of governance policies and procedures that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on governance matters to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of corporate governance training programs for staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of governance activities and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate governance risks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote good governance practices throughout the organization.
  • Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and integrity within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Governance: Provide strategic guidance on governance matters to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  2. Policy Development: Develop and implement governance policies and procedures that align with our strategic objectives.
  3. Training and Development: Contribute to the design and delivery of corporate governance training programs for staff.
