**About the role**:
With a significant pipeline of opportunities identified across the Transport and Technology sectors, UGL are seeking to appoint an experienced Warehouse Administrator working in the major projects space based in Melbourne:
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be accountable for the day-to-day administrative activities for the warehouse. This role requires a solid level of organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to prioritise workload and meet all reporting deadlines.

Some of the key responsibilities but not limited to
- Co-ordinate and support end to end procurement processes across the project in accordance with Delegations of Authorities and project management plans.
- Create purchase orders using designated system.
- Liaise with vendors on enquiries and provide necessary information as required by company procedures.
- Create master data requirements into system.
- Assist Accounts Payable in creating vendor masters.
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures (i.e., procurement in accordance with DOA)
- Ensure Time Sheet compliance administration.
- Responsible for input and co-ordination of the Procurement schedule.
- Assistance to Contracts and Procurement team with vendor engagement activities.
- Drafting and coordinating correspondence and provide sound and practical advice on purchasing requirements in accordance with processes and procedures.
- Support the timely and accurate reporting of procurement data as required.
- Deliver internal training to the project team on purchasing procedures and processes on the project.
- Assisting in the identification of continuous improvement opportunities that adapt systems and processes to changing business environments.
- Provide administrative support to Warehouse Manager.

**About You**:

- At least 5 years’ experience in Administration with at least 3 years’ experience supporting warehouse activities and large construction or infrastructure site-based administration support
- Experience with SAP
- Administration Diploma - desirable
- Advanced Excel skills
- Have excellent communication with the ability to establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- You will possess high attention to detail and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced critical thinking & a problem solver
- Ability to establish working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
