Role Responsibilities:

As the first point of call for our clients and their supports, we are looking for a personable and considerate employee that shows empathy and respect for our client base.

  • Answering incoming calls to place client product orders
  • Delivering timely email responses
  • Liaising with clients and their supports
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to learn and adapt to our internal logistics software program
  • Processing of Supplier invoices to purchase orders
  • Creating delivery run sheet for our drivers in dispatch

The ideal candidate:

  • Excellent customer service experience in an office/warehouse environment
  • Experience gained within disability sector and/or NDIS knowledge an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to creative positive client interactions
  • Excellent computer literacy skills
  • Respectful and considerate to our team and clients needs
  • Articulate and attention to details a must
