Be the frontline of customer excellence through administrative customer support in a high-performing aviation team

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the aviation industry. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring strong administrative and organisational skills, we want to hear from you.

· Provide first-class support to our Senior and Internal Sales Executives through professional phone and email communication

· Manage inbound customer enquiries and ensure timely and effective responses

· Follow up on orders, deliveries, and direct product or sales queries to internal experts

· Maintain a kind, positive, and professional attitude in all customer interactions

· Enter data into ERP systems, including quotes, sales and purchase orders

· Support warranty claims, core returns, and additional billing processes

· Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system

· Contribute to trade expos and events as required

Skills and experience:

· Proven experience in administration and high-volume office environments

· Strong customer service background, ideally within aviation or a technical industry

· Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

· High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems

· A proactive, self-starting attitude with a team-first approach

· A friendly, professional manner and passion for continuous learning
