With a strong reputation for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing team.

**The Role**

As the Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing warehouse operations and ensuring seamless logistics and distribution. From overseeing inbound and outbound freight to optimising inventory and maintaining warehouse organisation, your work will be critical in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and manage inventory accuracy
- Liaise with freight companies to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries
- Oversee order fulfilment including picking, packing, and dispatching
- Enforce safety and compliance standards across warehouse operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams, freight providers, and customers

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain coordination
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in inventory management/logistics software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Valid forklift licence (essential)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
