To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:

· Ability to work independently as well as part of an interactive team as this position spends a fair bit of the day working alone

· High level of organisational skills with an attention to detail

· I.T. skills (Microsoft Office, Emails, Excel, Word)

· Must be physically fit and healthy and able to lift and carry 20kg product items

· Maintain calm, polite, professional and efficient communication skills and the ability to interact in a happy and positive manner with both external and internal clients and staff

Your key duties will include, but are not limited to:

· Must hold a current driver's licence and forklift licence and operate in accordance with the licence compliance

· Ability to tow and reverse trailers

· Assist load work utes and trailers as needed

· Collection of supplies and orders

· Organising supply of products required for DIY or next day job orders to ensure product is ready for collection by staff / customers quoted.

· Ability to assess measurements and accurately cut products to order

· Co-ordinate and plan deliveries or collection of products as required

· Stocktake of all warehouse products and accurate recording via excel reporting monthly

· Control and organisation of all products

· Ensure the warehouse and surrounding areas are kept clean at all times

· Warehouse safety compliance and procedures

· Ensure all staff are following the OH&S manual guidelines and staff are working safely within the warehouse and surrounding areas

· Tools, Equipment & Vehicles – regular inventory checks, basic maintenance and R&M/service coordination and record keeping

· Some experience in welding, changing tyres and/or handy with cars / trailers desirable

· Clearing and cleaning of trailers / cars

· Assist the Project Co-ordinator and outside service team as required

· Assist with labour on job sites from time to time
