Job Description
Elysia Wellness Retreat is Australia's leading wellness destination, offering tailored programs and exceptional guest experiences. Our reservations team is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless booking process.

About the Role:
We are looking for a
Casual Reservations Agent
to join our front office team. This role involves managing guest bookings, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone and email inquiries professionally
  • Process reservations accurately using booking systems
  • Provide information about retreat packages and services
  • Assist with guest requests and liaise with other departments

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in reservations or hospitality (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and computer literacy
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
