What You'll Do:

  • Lead and inspire a passionate inside sales team to exceed daily, weekly, and annual targets.
  • Set the pace for the team by managing proactive, meaningful sales interactions (MSIs) and fostering a results-driven environment.
  • Partner with the Business Development team to forge new customer relationships and seize exciting sales opportunities.
  • Support your team with technical insights, value-added strategies, and strong relationship-building skills to close deals.
  • Take ownership of the yearly sales budget and keep a pulse on pipeline sales and project follow-ups.
  • Motivate, coach, and develop your team, building a culture of excellence and enthusiasm.
  • Showcase your creativity by preparing compelling sales proposals and presentations while negotiating terms that work for everyone.
