Our client, a globally leading enterprise in solar technology, focusing on providing the best experience for its clients, is seeking a part-time account officer to provide day-to-day accounting processes and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage accounts payable and receivable


• Perform bank and account reconciliations


• Assist with payroll processing and data entry


• Maintain and organise financial records and databases


• Support month-end reporting and audit preparation


• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams on financial matters


• Provide general finance administration and support as required

Qualifications and Skills:


• A degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business (Accounting or Finance major preferred)


• Previous experience as an Accounts Officer or in a similar finance role (preferred)


• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)


• Strong Excel skills, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, and XLOOKUP


• Understanding of financial processes and accounting principles


• Demonstrated ability to organise and maintain financial databases and records


• High level of attention to detail and accuracy


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively


• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred
