Accounts Officer (Mandarin Speaker)

What You'll Do

In this role, you won't just crunch numbers—you'll be at the core of keeping our financial operations running smoothly and providing insights that shape the future of the company. You will:

  • Keep us on track financially
    by managing accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries with accuracy and speed.
  • Safeguard our financial integrity
    through reconciliations, audits, and compliance with tax regulations (including GST).
  • Turn data into insight
    by preparing financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses that guide smart business decisions.
  • Partner with leadership
    by delivering timely reports and recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Support growth
    by assisting with audits, financial projects, and special initiatives.
  • Bridge cultures
    by leveraging your Mandarin fluency to support communication with stakeholders across regions.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    (CPA/CA a plus).
  • 5–8 years of solid accounting/finance experience
    , ideally in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong command of
    Microsoft Excel
    and accounting software.
  • Attention to detail
    that ensures accuracy in every report and transaction.
  • Excellent
    organizational and time management skills
    to juggle priorities with ease.
  • Clear communication skills to explain financial insights to both financial and non-financial teams.
  • A
    team-first attitude
    and integrity in handling sensitive financial data.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English
    , enabling seamless communication across international teams.
