About the role

Moi Clinic is seeking a warm, dedicated Speech Therapist to join our collaborative and caring team. This role is available in full-time, part-time, or contractor capacity, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle and career goals.

You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, occupational therapists, art therapists, and early educators. Together, we support teens, adults, and families through evidence-based, creative, and client-centred care.

What We're Looking For

  1. Certified Speech Pathologist with relevant registration and experience.
  2. Experience working with children, teens, parent/carers, and/or adults.
  3. A compassionate, evidence-based, and client-centred approach to therapy.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. A collaborative mindset and willingness to be part of a multidisciplinary team.
  6. Organised and confident in managing clinical documentation.
  7. Assessment experience is desirable but not essential.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality therapy and/or assessments.
  • Collaborate with the wider clinical team on case discussions and care planning.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation using our digital systems.
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards.
  • Engage clients, families, and fellow professionals with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
