We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Leasing Consultant to join our high-performing team at Richardson & Wrench Wolli Creek | Rockdale. If you have a passion for real estate, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to work as part of a supportive and driven team, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As our Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of our property management department, assisting prospective tenants through the leasing process while ensuring our clients' properties are presented to the highest standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting open homes and private inspections
  • Managing rental enquiries and processing tenancy applications
  • Communicating with landlords and prospective tenants professionally and promptly
  • Coordinating leasing administration in line with the NSW Residential Tenancies Act
  • Supporting the property management team as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (essential)
  • A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Previous experience in real estate or property management is preferred
