We are looking for a Commercial Property Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team and play a key role in connecting landlords with quality tenants across Sydney.


What you'll be doing

  • Prospecting and building relationships with commercial landlords and tenants
  • Listing and marketing properties for lease
  • Handling enquiries, inspections, and negotiations
  • Preparing leasing proposals and agreements
  • Providing clear and regular communication with landlords
  • Driving deals from enquiry through to signed lease

What we're looking for

  • NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration (Class 2 Licence preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the Sydney property market (commercial experience an advantage)
  • Proactive, organised and client-focused approach
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and online property platforms
  • Self-starter who thrives in a results-driven environment
