We are expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated and passionate Talent Acquisition Officer to join us This role is based in Osborne Park. If you're enthusiastic about making a difference, we'd love to hear from you

About the role

This position plays a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top-notch talent in WA.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Engagement Coordinators to understand staffing needs
  • Crafting engaging job adverts and promoting openings across various platforms
  • Conducting thorough candidate assessments and interviews
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process with enthusiasm and efficiency
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and external partners

About you

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Officer, preferably with high volume experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A keen eye for identifying top talent who will enrich and foster our amazing culture
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Use of specific systems such as Aurion and Litmos is desirable
  • Allied Health, Disability or Aged Care recruitment knowledge is desirable

Mandatory requirements

  • National Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Check
