Experienced talent acquisition advisor is required for a not-for-profit based in the Western Suburbs.

Our client is experiencing an increased workload, creating the opportunity for a talent acquisition advisor to join this small, friendly HR team based in the Western Suburbs.

Reporting to the HR Manager and working within the talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process including advertising, prescreening, shortlisting, interviewing and following the required collation of documentation and references to support onboarding.

It is essential that you have prior recruitment experience to be successful in your application, and can demonstrate your ability to follow process, possess strong attention to detail and ensure that the applicant's journey is a positive experience.

This contract is envisaged to be for a three-to four-month period and requires an immediate start.
