The Role

As a key leader in our talent acquisition team, you play a key role in attracting and engaging talented people to our corporate and site teams:

  • Plan meaningful sourcing activities, provide interview coaching and develop hiring managers capability and lead the recruitment from sourcing through to close.
  • Partner closely with operational leaders, HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to attract, engage and secure quality talent to Ramelius.
  • Support workforce planning activities and reporting in the talent acquisition team.
  • Proactively develop talent pools with candidates, building meaningful relationships within the gold industry.
  • Ensure positive talent acquisition strategies are in place across a diverse range of operational, technical, and professional roles.
  • Contribute towards the continuous improvement of our employer branding and market recognition through targeted projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the recruitment function to ensure alignment with business growth.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience across the full talent acquisition process from strategic sourcing through to offer negotiation and acceptance, ideally from within the resources industry.
  • Experience supporting recruitment of complex role requirements, and able to gather market information and provide advice on attraction strategies in competitive markets.
  • Highly developed, professional communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Able to travel to remote site locations, occasionally for multiple days.
  • A current West Australian C Class (manual) driver's licence and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance for site access clearance purposes.
