About Our Role

To support our exciting partnership with our Perth based customer, we are looking for a high performing
Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join us on a Part-time basis, 3 days per week
.
You will help our customer attract and hire top talent in Australia and beyond, while also enjoying the support of the Harrier team.

In this dynamic role, you'll:

  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles – from Trades and Technical to Operations and Corporate professionals.
  • Bring creativity and insight to every search, designing attraction strategies that engage the right people at the right time.
  • Collaborate with an on-site Sourcing Specialist to deliver proactive campaigns and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Leverage leading-edge tech tools to streamline recruitment and create an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Work closely with our Harrier Community of Experts (CoE) to drive optimal recruitment practices, enhance our customer EVP and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion.
