Perth, Western Australia Sharp & Carter Perth HR Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Our client, a large Western Australian organisation is on the look out to recruit a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their People & Culture team.

You'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across white-collar roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes and promote a strong candidate experience in line with their EVP.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, identifying strong local talent
  • Pre-screening, interviewing, and engaging with candidates through the full process
  • Autonomously and confidently conduct hiring briefs and partner with leaders across the business
  • Strategically engage with external recruitment agencies where appropriate
  • Utilising sourcing tools such as SeekTalent, Linkedin and network referrals
  • Utilise the company's ATS to ensure a seamless recruitment process
  • Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and internal stakeholders

About You 

  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proven experience in white-collar recruitment (exposure to Technology and Finance highly desirable)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with a high level of initiative
  • Genuine passion for recruitment, with a focus on delivering consistent, positive outcomes for candidates and hiring managers
