MDR Certification Engineers is looking for a
detail-focused Technical Clerk / Administrative Support Officer
to join our Henderson team.

This is a varied role combining
data entry
,
front desk duties
, and
technical document preparation
— perfect for someone who loves organisation, clear communication, and producing professional, well-formatted documents.

What You'll Do:

  • Accurate
    data entry
    into company systems.
  • Front desk/reception
    : greeting visitors, answering calls, managing correspondence.
  • Drafting, editing, and formatting
    procedures, reports, and technical documents
    .
  • Maintaining
    document control systems
    (SharePoint / Teams).
  • Assisting with scheduling, logistics, and other admin tasks.

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous admin or document control experience (technical/engineering background a plus).
  • Strong
    MS Word & Excel
    skills with attention to formatting.
  • Excellent written communication and grammar.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional and friendly communication style.
