We’re excited to be recruiting for a new team and have an excellent opportunity for a **Manager, Electrolysis & Corrosion Protection**. This is a key role where you’ll have the chance to lead and shape the team from the ground up, working on innovative projects to drive the future of electrolysis and corrosion protection. **About the Role**

In this role, you’ll lead the Electrolysis and Corrosion Protection team, driving the development and implementation of key frameworks, safety regulations, and governance systems. You’ll ensure compliance with the Corrosion Protection Regulation 2020 and manage enforcement activities to protect public safety and meet stakeholder expectations. Your expertise will be essential in managing safety risks through audits, investigations, and prioritizing regulatory actions.

Collaboration will be central as you work with asset owners, industry committees, and contribute to the creation of Australian Standards, research, and guidelines. You’ll also provide critical technical input into NSW and Commonwealth programs, helping shape the future of electrolysis and corrosion protection across the sector.

**About You**

You’ll also bring technical expertise, ideally in electrolysis and corrosion protection systems, or the ability to quickly learn. Experience with inspections and audits, as well as an understanding of industry standards and regulations, is important. A background in project management, engineering, or a related field is required. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is ready to play a key role in shaping the future of the team and the industry.

**Essential Requirements -**
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, Chemical, Electrical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent qualifications and experience); or
- Trade qualifications in Electrotechnology, coupled with experience in the utilities or a related industry.
