**The role**

This challenging role requires a proactive approach to managing support requests, sustaining service integrity, and meeting customer deadlines. You will be at the forefront of evaluating new technologies, resolving service problems, and leading deployment projects.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively articulate and convey complex or technical information to diverse stakeholders.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations in a project delivery environment.
- Enjoys autonomy and demonstrates strong proficiency in working independently, taking initiative, and making decisions.
- Solid time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Creativity and innovation to bring fresh ideas and approaches to problem-solving and project development.
- Capable of driving outcomes while effectively involving stakeholders throughout the process, fostering collaboration and buy-in.

**What is an essential requirement**:

- Relevant experience or tertiary qualification in computer science or related field and/or recognised industry certifications.
- This role may include being on-call, weekend and after-hours work.
